Job Description

  • This position is a Client-Facing Role for Banks Supporting the Basic Banking Needs of clients.
  • Involves meeting Sociocultural Needs and Provide Broad Educational Opportunities.
  • To Maintain, Enhance and Grow Relationships Through Regular Contact; Provide Service-Based Solutions and Provide ‘Added Value’ through Client Education and Consulting Services.
  • Develop/build Client Relationships; Make Regular Referral Contacts and Create a Positive Client Experience.
  • Collaborate With Other Employees in This High-Performance Space (Personal) and Commercial Banking.
  • A Full-Time, Salaried Employment Position; the Number Of Hours Worked Varies Depending On Company Needs; Number Of Hours Worked Will Be Scheduled Every Week.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements Will Be Accommodated When Possible, Based Upon Position and Company Requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients by identifying their banking needs and opportunities during visits to a branch and throughout the surrounding area.
  • Help clients achieve their financial goals through guidance, advice and referrals to other programs and services available.
  • Inform clients about digital and self-service banking tools, including how to use them.
  • Support clients with initiating requests and performing banking transactions.
  • Resolve client issues internally, and provide an excellent customer experience through efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and businesses to continue to support business development/growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills, including successfully demonstrating to others how to build successful relationships.
  • Demonstrated flexibility/adaptability, self-motivated, and demonstrated integrity (personal and professional) to meet the demands of the workplace.
  • Confidence in one’s own capacity to access digital technologies and FinTech via various digital devices.
  • Ability to work the hours necessary for the operation of this company is a requirement of the job.
  • Evidence of the ability to build client relationships in a Financial Services Product/Service Environment, is a valuable asset.
  • Mutual Fund Accreditation or completion of Securities Courses is an asset.
  • Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills are a valuable asset.
