Job Description
- The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
- The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- The candidate must clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- The candidate must clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- The candidate must sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The ability to communicate in Spanish is an asset for the candidate.
- The candidate must have a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible.
- The candidate must be capable of acting independently and taking the initiative.
- The candidate should be reliable.

- The candidate should be able to work in an apartment/condominium as an office building with two or more individually owned units.

- The candidate should work in a shopping centre or mall and provide a business place that includes retail space/units, facilities, and services to potential retailers.
- The candidate should work in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic that provides healthcare.
- The candidate should have a hospital/medical facility or clinic, a hospital, department, outpatient facility, or clinic whose primary purpose is sports medicine, rehabilitation, or wellness.
- The candidate should be able to work in a school or educational institution/establishment comprising establishments that provides instruction and training in various subjects.
