Job description
- All candidates will be responsible for unloading of freight and verifying product and count prior to receiving.
- They are also responsible for transportation of freight to designated departments.
- They have to assemble pallets according to designated Ti/Hi and other specifications.
- Candidates also have to adhere to all Staple Stock Receiving policies and procedures.
- They also have to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork (I.E.) BOL, receiver stamps, overage/shortage.
- They will also maintain associate related programs and procedures, including health and safety and housekeeping programs in order to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and company policy.
Job requirement
- All candidates must have physical fitness.
- They must be 18 or older.
- They also must have the ability to have steel toed safety shoes/boots for the first day.
Work setting
- All candidates must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day.
- They also have to focus on other safety personal protective gear may be required as appropriate and will be provided.
