Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are responsible for the administration and handling of disciplinary investigations and meetings with employees including investigations of issues and labour relations issues.
- They’re also appointed at this post to perform coach rides to achieve service consistency working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are required to act as the point of contact on focus flights and act upon controllable issues on the spot.
- They’re also appointed to manage, monitor and coordinate various activities and processes to achieve excellence in the areas of safety and operational standards working at this post.
- They’re also required at this post to liaise with the IFS training and Customer Experience team to identify areas of training that require more focus.
Job requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and be highly adaptable and flexible to support a 24/7 operation to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to work shifts adapt to flexible schedule changes and acquire dedicated experience in leading, motivating and coaching.
- Candidates must complete the Flight Attendant training program and maintain qualifications.
- They must have excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have Intercultural competence and consciousness to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have competitive awareness and must be detail-oriented.
