Job Description

  • Customer Experience Specialist is a customer facing sales and support position that guides customers through owning a Tesla.
  • This is a full time role based in London, Ontario.
  • The position involves showroom support, vehicle demonstrations and delivery assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome showroom visitors and create a positive first impression.
  • Start conversations with guests to understand their interests and purchasing plans.
  • Build detailed customer profiles based on discussions and interactions.
  • Answer questions and explain Tesla products and features.
  • Arrange and conduct demo drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations.
  • Lead vehicle delivery orientations for new owners.
  • Explain features and benefits related to the vehicle during the delivery.
  • Capture customer information and support sales pipeline activities.
  • Schedule test drives and identify customers ready to purchase.
  • Provide outstanding service to current and future Tesla owners.

Requirements

  • Have atleast 1 year of work history in customer service or sales.
  • Proven record of meeting goals.
  • Can explain business topics and technical information in a clear manner.
  • Show a dependable team focused approach to work.
  • Be highly skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Can work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
  • Present a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license upon employment.
