Job Description
- A business and/or fundamental analyst is meant to possess a great hold of analytical skills that would help them predict and plan product sales in a challenging market.
- People who can take initiative, possess a positive attitude, and be self-starters are well suited for this post.
- Similar experience with initiating new subjects and taking over work is crucial.
- Being mindful of the industry’s best practices and standards are a major requirement.
- A strong commitment to learning will be considered as a head start.
Responsibilities
- You will act as the principal liaison for users and fully understand their business needs.
- Present functional analysis, impact analysis, and testing or delivery schedules.
- Give support in the rolling out of the solution and direct the end-users during the implementation period.
- Draft in an easy and structured style.
- Ensure that the current documentation reflects the actual situation and control its state.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in business or functional analysis, plus knowledge through software development cycles and a range of development environments.
- Expertise in data skills.
- Expertise in database management.
- Agile experience together with leadership qualities and complexity simplification are great assets.
- Knowledge of CCaaS, GENESYS, or Curam is a prominent advantage for some projects.
