Job Description

  • A client-oriented position that supports daily banking, credit, and investment needs and at the same time produces meaningful client experiences.
  • Help clients with digital banking, onboarding, and referral to specialists for opportunities that need expert support.
  • Be in a full-time salaried role of 37.5 hours per week at 405 Bayfield St, Barrie, Canada.
  • Team up with the RBC partners to offer clients holistic support and guidance.
    Be someone who helps in building a culture of respect and inclusiveness in a workplace.
  • Act as a representative of the Royal Bank of Canada, giving a helping hand in creating loyalty and long-lasting relationships in the neighborhood.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers at the bank and during local events to gain a deeper insight into their requirements, suggest solutions and discover ways to gain referrals.
  • Make clients learn by showcasing digital tools and shaping banking into vivid memories.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions and take care of customer-initiated requests.
  • Practice active listening to know the needs of each person and give them the right advice.
  • Take it upon yourself to make things right with clients and to prevent banking issues from occurring in the first place.
  • Create and develop healthy partner relationships to the fullest, thus gaining referrals and chances.

Requirements

  • Mutual Funds license or readiness to get it.
  • Client service with the highest care level and good sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Great people skills like verbal communication and more.
  • Open to being scheduled for the entirety of the business hours.
