Job Description
- A hands-on bakery role focused on preparing and baking large quantities of products
- The job requires employees to work in a bakery warehouse which contains industrial machinery.
- The work requires employees to maintain cleanliness.
- Make sure of food safety standards and maintain product quality.
- The job requires employees to manage heavy ingredient containers while they track the baking operations.
- Follows fixed production schedules and company standards

Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bakery products using company formulas
- Measure and combine large quantities of ingredients
- Adjust quantities of ingredients using a calculator
- Operate mixers, dough rollers and other bakery equipment
- Transfer raw products to raising rooms
Bake products in ovens and monitor baking times - Remove finished products and place them on cooling racks
- Feed dough into automated machines
Check sanitation, temperatures and product dates - Provide polite service to members
Help with other bakery or warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or an equivalence qualification.
- Experience as a baker is necessary.
- A Food Safety Certification Level 1 must be completed on the first day.
- Can interact in French if posted in Quebec locations
