Job Description

The candidate must prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
The candidate must request or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
The candidate must train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising the baking and kitchen staff.
The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
The candidate will be responsible for developing production schedules.
The candidate must ensure that the product quality meets established standards.
The candidate must inspect the kitchen and food service areas.
The candidate must operate machinery.
The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
The candidate will oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods.
