Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to maintain strong relationships with the credit functions across the business lines to ensure that credit policies are adhered to in the organization.
- Candidates are also appointed to monitor exception frameworks in the business lines and escalate relevant trends and insights.
- They’re also appointed to support the development of responses to recommendations or requests from OSFI and Internal Audit.
- Candidates for this post are appointed to support with credit risk input to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Advanced Internal Ratings Based Risk Rating systems.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 5 years of lending experience with expertise in a combination of commercial banking, and retail lending.
- Candidates must attain dedicated Post-secondary education to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must obtain superb leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- They must attain a proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and to perform well in a high-volume, high-intensity environment.
