Job Description
- The position is that of an associate supporting client relationships, maintaining accounts and counsellors’ assistance in a wealth management context.
- Offer exceptional service to clients, and help ensure the accuracy and compliance of account administration and documentation.
- Assist the onboarding of new clients and participate in wealth management planning activities, as well.
- The job is a full-time one at 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- The ongoing maintenance and monitoring of client accounts, including their significant dates and timelines, are fundamental in making sure that clients are supported throughout the entire process.
- Inquiries from clients regarding transactions, documentation, and reporting will be responded to not only quickly but also professionally.
- Proactive service employing excellent problem-solving skills is what the company is all about and smooth solutions through teamwork with internal departments could also be the outcome.
- Deal with the incoming messages from clients, Advisors, and partners whether internal or external.
- Grant the Advisor’s team with the task of onboarding new clients, and preparing client and prospect meetings.
- Make certain that all client documentation is correct, compliant, and current according to the regulations.
- In the team communication channels, social media and marketing materials are included, and updates and maintenance are done.
- After the client trades, trace them to make sure the settlement and delivery are accomplished properly.
- Be present in every step of Wealth Management and also have an audit of the activities and priorities related to it.
Requirements
- Courses: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
- Mastery of business applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Capacity to provide warm, professional, top-notch client service has been proven.
- Familiar with the Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities systems and procedures.
- Work experience in the securities industry.
