Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are required to be a part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience. 

Job requirement 

• Applicants applying for this post must ensure the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all applicable health and sanitation requirements in the store. 
• Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills along with proficiency in computer knowledge to be eligible for this post.  
• Applicants must have completed a high school diploma or GED and must attain 1 year of Retail Management experience to be eligible for this post. 
• They must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Candidates must be able to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity to get preferred for this post. 
• They must attain the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs to get preferred for this post. 
• Candidates for this post must have competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program to be eligible for this post. 

Work setting 

• They must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment to be preferred for this post. 
• Applicants for this post must attain the ability to multitask, bend, and stand to be preferred for this post. 
• They must acquire the ability to lift to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post.
