Job Description
- The candidate must effectively manage and oversee all compliance issues and responsibilities on a daily basis.
- The candidate must provide clear and consistent communication through weekly sales, support, and team meetings.

Job Requirements
- The candidate will be required to have post-secondary education from a college or university.
- The candidate must have retail brokerage experience with a minimum of 2 years as an Investment Advisor or similar experience.
- The candidate will be required to have experience in handling ambiguity and managing multiple operations and servicing activities in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must be able to engage a diverse team including branch staff, middle office, and internal and external partners.
- The candidate must have experience managing multiple priorities and handling complex situations to achieve results.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership experience with a focus on coaching and development.
- The candidate must be decisive and results driven.
- The candidate must have completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
- The candidate is preferred to have a BM license.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience within RBC Dominion Securities.
- The candidate must have a background in WM operations and the financial industry.
