The company is currently looking for applications for the role of Assembler, rubber goods. We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take on their responsibilities at the earliest. The open positions are for Permanent employment or full-time jobs. The timings of shifts may be Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, 19:00 to 07:00. The LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) has approved the Assembler, rubber goods position.

Job Description
- The candidate must fill out product inspection reports.
- The candidate must set up, operate, and tend machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding, and curing rubber materials or rubber products.
- The candidate must check and monitor product quality.
- The candidate must lay out and prepare rubber materials for assembly.
- The candidate must operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
- The candidate must operate finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind, or buff rubber products into final form.
- The candidate must inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- The candidate must make minor adjustments or repairs to products.
- The candidate must adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings.
- The candidate must mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycling.
- The candidate must load or feed rubber, pigments, filler, oil, and chemicals into machines.

- The candidate should be fluent in the French language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be accurate.
