Job Description
- The candidate must act as the initial support contact for application issues, service requests, and user questions.
- The candidate will be responsible for investigating, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving low-complexity application and system issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting application administration, configuration changes, access management, testing, upgrades, releases, and documentation updates.
- The candidate must support business units and end users by answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting staff in using systems effectively and consistently.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining support documentation, including guides, FAQs, templates, and training materials.
- The candidate will be responsible for participating in the testing and validation of system fixes, minor enhancements, and updates to ensure successful implementation.
- The candidate must identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve application support, business workflows, service delivery methods, and automation within assigned systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Business Systems Analysts, vendors, and business units to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- The candidate must assist with smaller-scale analysis, process documentation, testing, enhancement-related work, and simple automation support activities under the guidance of senior staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for users and staff.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related field.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication excellence in all written and verbal interactions.
- The candidate will be required to demonstrate proficiency in computer applications.
- The candidate will be required to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- The candidate must provide high-quality service and demonstrate service excellence.
