Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding phone or electronic inquiries.
  • The candidate must be capable of maintaining and preparing reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases.
  • The candidate will be responsible for sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • The candidate will be expected to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • The candidate must be able to send and receive messages.
  • The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • The candidate must provide general information to clients and the general public.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • The candidate must file materials in the storage area.
  • The candidate must label, file, and retrieve documents.
  • The candidate must locate and delete the files requested.
  • The candidate must enter data.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
