Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting client interviews, preparing case histories, and assessing problems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing counselling and intervention programs to assist clients in determining their goals and methods of achieving them.
  • The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, providing therapy and mediation services, and facilitating group sessions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of counselling programs and interventions, as well as clients’ progress in resolving identified problems and moving toward defined goals.
  • The candidate will be responsible for following up on the results of counselling programs and clients’ adjustment.
  • The candidate must prepare assessment, progress, follow-up, and court reports.
  • The candidate must identify additional/alternative services and provide referrals.
  • The candidate must communicate with community agencies or partners in order to identify additional or alternative services and provide referrals.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
