Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to proactively assist the team in collating TR&P data and reports, administering programs, and conducting data validation. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to support department schedule and calendar management by scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and maintaining meeting notes working at this post. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to track, maintain, and report on departmental and divisional activity on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Applicants are also required at this post to maintain or update departmental and divisional data. 
  • They’re appointed at this post to prepare spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations which are accurate and professionally formatted working at this post. 

Job requirement 

  • They must have completed a dedicated university degree in commerce, business, or human resources to be eligible for this post.   
  • They must have 1 year of progressive experience in a Human Resources environment to be preferred for this post. 
  • They must have 1 year of experience in an administrative and/or customer service-related position to be preferred for this post. 
  • Applicants must be highly skilled in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have demonstrated abilities with various computer systems and applications, work management and general office automation tools. 
  • Applicants must be working towards Certified Human Resources Professional along with excellent organizational and time management skills to be eligible for this post. 

Work setting 

  • Applicants at this post are required to maintain a complete and organized departmental record-keeping system based on recognized Records Management practices working at this post. 
  • They’re also required at this post to support the execution of departmental events and initiatives.
