Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are appointed to design, administer, and coordinate interior design projects through the phases of programming, schematic design, detailed design, construction documents, contract administration and occupancy.
• Candidates are also appointed to identify and monitor materials and finish recommendations, budgets, and project coordination.
• Candidates are also appointed to provide coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• They’re required to develop, review, and implement corporate design standards and guidelines and maintain project drawings in AutoCAD.

Job requirement 

• Candidates must have completed a 2-year diploma in Interior Design and at least 3 years of experience in commercial office interior design. 
• They must attain a degree in Interior Design and at least 1 year of experience in commercial office interior design.
• They must ensure intermediate proficiency using AutoCAD and experience with corporate space management, including the acquisition of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), space planning, and moves coordination to be eligible for this post. 
• They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated client focus.
• They must be able to adapt to constantly changing priorities and strong organizational skills.
• They must attain the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.

Work setting 

• Candidates must attain success in this role and require strong critical thinking skills with a well-developed problem-solving ability to be preferred for this post.
• Candidates working in this post must be tested for appropriate skills and must provide proof of qualifications to be eligible for this post.
