Job Description
- Tesla Advisor, Delivery supports customers from vehicle order through final delivery.
- This is a full time position based in Etobicoke.

Responsibilities
- Prepare customer loan documents and support successful delivery appointments.
- Show knowledge of Tesla products and services to customers.
- Compile reports that support performance improvement and training.
- Work with team members to provide smooth pre delivery experiences.
- Coordinate store fleet servicing, vehicle allocation and accident reporting.
- Support delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales activities as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service work history is required.
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal interaction skills.
- Skilled in MS Suite and CRM tools. Salesforce is preferred.
- Proactive team player who can build positive working relationships.
- Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
