Job Description
- Candidates appointed to this post are required to communicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities.
- They’re also appointed at this post to write a list of products to be brought from steel, by forklift driver, for stocking.
- They’re required to use a box knife to cut boxes for display/accessibility of product and to cut twine or shrink-wrap from pallets working at this post.
- They’re appointed to maintain moves and position pallets of merchandise using a manual pallet jack and stack product from partial pallets onto full pallets.
- Candidates at this post are appointed to create computer-generated signs, and observe and ensure correct product signage.
- They’re also appointed to mark unmarked products with item numbers using a marking gun.
- They’re also required to clear the sales floor of debris and sweep and remove empty pallets from the sales floor.
- Candidates are appointed to operate cardboard balers and trash compactors and rewrap loose products using shrink-wrap machines.
- They’re appointed to provide prompt and courteous member service to the customers and help members load large items into their cart, direct members to products, and relate product status knowledge working at this post.
Job requirement
