Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to perform customer and technical resource follow-up on all unresolved troubles.
- They’re also appointed to acquire updates on all customer-affecting policies and procedures.
- Candidates are also appointed to research internet sources for new products and technology relevant to resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Candidates are also appointed to review and provide trouble statistics upon request by management.
Job requirement
- They must attain a dedicated Diploma or Certificate in computer networking OR a Certificate in Business Administration.
- Candidates must attain working knowledge and experience with MacIntosh personal computers from both a hardware and software perspective.
- They must attain dedicated working knowledge of the Internet.
- Candidates must attain excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must attain good communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to deal effectively with others.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain at least 20 wpm keyboard typing skills to be eligible for this post.
