Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of the people data and analytics technology roadmap while ensuring systems perform effectively for guests.
- The candidate will be responsible for working closely with business partners and leveraging various methodologies to deliver on organizational priorities.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading world-class full-stack technology teams and delivering continuous value to guests through frequent incremental releases.
- The candidate will be required to take accountability for delivery performance and operational excellence across data systems.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to own delivery, quality, and operational outcomes across data and analytical platforms.
- The candidate must possess hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
- The candidate must possess strong experience working with the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
- The candidate must possess experience with streaming and integration technologies such as Apache Kafka and Azure Data Factory.
- The candidate must possess hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code implementation.
- The candidate must possess experience with data governance and catalog tools such as Atlan or equivalent enterprise solutions.
- The candidate must demonstrate proven experience managing sensitive and PII data within enterprise environments.
- The candidate should possess prior exposure to People & Culture or Human Resources data domains, which will be considered an asset.
- The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of data access controls, privacy requirements, and governance expectations.
- The candidate must possess experience in data architecture and data modeling to support analytics and reporting solutions.
- The candidate should possess prior knowledge of machine learning engineering enablement, including feature pipelines and data readiness processes.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to design scalable and reliable data solutions aligned with engineering and platform standards.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional experience in the information technology field.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the technology field.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience directly leading, developing, and managing teams.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience delivering solutions within the People & Culture space, supported by a strong data and analytics background.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong understanding and thought leadership in analytics storage, system instances, integrations, security, and reporting solutions.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working with data warehouses and leading analytics technologies.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to deliver on business priorities at both the enterprise and portfolio levels.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience within a functional discipline such as engineering, architecture, or program and project management.
- The candidate must demonstrate proven experience managing technology portfolios valued at $10 million or more.
- The candidate must demonstrate proven experience managing projects using various delivery methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and Kanban.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism when collaborating across all organizational levels.
