Collision Technician

Collision Technician is a skilled vehicle repair role that focuses on bringing Tesla vehicles back to life after collision damage using Tesla approved repairing methods. In this position you’ll be supporting one of the world’s most advanced electric vehicle brands and you’ll work with the newest EV technology.

Job Description

  • Collision Technician repairs Tesla vehicles using approved collision repair methods.
  • This is a full time position based in Longueuil, Quebec.
  • The role supports one of the world’s leading electric vehicle companies.
  • The position focuses on advanced vehicle repair using modern equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Tesla repair standards and work well with the team.
  • Repair structural and cosmetic damage on Tesla vehicles.
  • Use Celette frame jigs to install structural components.
  • Glue, rivet and weld replacement structural parts.
  • Repair exterior body panels using metal finishing and body filler.
  • Replace body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags and trim.
  • Complete MIG welding as required.

Requirements

  • Work background of 5 or more years as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician is required.
  • A CPA Card is required.
  • Can read and understand automotive repair procedures.
  • Can learn new software and use modern technology.
  • A Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair is an asset.
  • MIG Welding certification is an asset.
  • Must support projects across all Canadian provinces and communicate primarily in
  • English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
