Job description
- Candidates will be responsible for working with Generic and Brand Manufacturers and overseeing pharmacy procurement and in the management of procurement changes.
- They proact or react management to ensure forecasts, sales, markdowns, coop collection, market share growth, gross profit and inventory targets/budgets and pricing are met or exceeded.
- Candidates also have to develop and maintain vendor relationships, both domestic and overseas.
- They will also work with vendors as well as internal partners responsible for item level planning, selection, placement forecasting and execution for tabs, and all other media.
- All candidates will also be responsible for associate engagement, development and ensuring associates (direct and indirect reports) have current development and succession plans in place.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a College Certificate or Diploma.
- They also must have 6-8 years of experience.
- Candidates must have experience leading special projects and initiatives.
Work setting
- Candidates must have Commodity Knowledge.
