Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to support and build the Microsoft 365 roadmap at TSD working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to lead the design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Toolset and solutions, with an initial focus on collaboration and SharePoint.
- Candidates are appointed to drive the evaluation, selection, and integration of tools and services to support business processes and workflows effectively.
- They’re also appointed to drive the adoption and utilization of M365 tools across the organization through user training, change management initiatives, and ongoing support.
- Candidates are appointed to collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of enterprise solutions with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Candidates are appointed to provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, and support.
Job requirement
- They must have 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture, technical leadership, and implementation, with a customer-first approach to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a superb experience with the implementation of Microsoft 365 including hands-on design, configuration, deployment, and optimization.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of SaaS and specifically Microsoft 365 to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a solid understanding of enterprise IT delivery and cybersecurity principles.
- Candidates must acquire exceptional change management skills, including the ability to create concise & clear user guides, iterated on based on a feedback loop.
- They must be able to gain alignment on priorities based on proposed options and dependencies to be eligible for this post.
