Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of the property owner.
- The candidate will be expected to ensure that lease agreements are followed.
- The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- The candidate will be required to compile and maintain operating expense and income records.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to client or tenant trouble calls.
- The candidate will be expected to make and confirm appointments.
- The candidate will be expected to accept payments.
- The candidate will be expected to respond to client inquiries and provide information.
- The candidate will be expected to show prospective tenants apartments and offices.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
