Job Description

  • The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies.
  • The candidate must record and relay information.
  • The candidate must keep work records and logs.
  • The candidate must perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.

Security and safety

  • The candidate must undergo a thorough criminal background check.

Transportation/travel information

  • The candidate must have their own transportation.
