Job Description
- Applicants working at this post are appointed to the maintenance of partnerships with various City Services like Police, Fire, EMS, TTC, Emergency services and other City departments for all Toronto special events working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to manage assigned projects, ensuring effective teamwork and communication, high standards of work quality and organizational performance working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to ensure project expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations.
- Candidates for this post are also appointed to support corporate games operational planning and preparedness, time service delivery, and post-evaluation working at this post.
- Applicants who have applied for this post are also required to prepare meeting material for senior City officials working on the major sporting event at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have dedicated post-secondary education in Project Management or a closely related field to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have extensive experience dealing with Capital Projects, Event Operations, and working with internal and external stakeholders to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants for this post must attain the ability to work in a highly demanding and fast-paced work environment.
- Candidates must have prior proficiency in the use of corporate applications, in particular word processing, and spreadsheets, presentation applications to be preferred for this post.
