Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
- The candidate should proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- The candidate must ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- The candidate will be responsible for engaging team members in inventory management while maintaining a fun and productive shift environment.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product levels and communicating findings to support sell-through strategy and ensure optimal product availability for guests.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting daily business data and metrics to guide store actions, including analyzing sell-through data and providing recommendations to leadership on product focus or pricing for outlets.
- The candidate will be responsible for participating in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- The candidate will be responsible for addressing team member performance and supporting ongoing learning and development through feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance.
- The candidate will be responsible for contributing to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships with team members.
- The candidate will be required to serve as supervisor on duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and establish a world-class guest experience.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- The candidate must have at least 1 year of work experience.
- The candidate must possess experience in inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to accomplish work.
- The candidate must have experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others.
- The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above is considered an asset.
- The candidate should have experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action, which is considered an asset.
- The candidate may hold food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food and beverage service, which is an asset.
- The candidate should actively create and maintain an inclusive workplace that respects and embraces diversity.
- The candidate must behave in an honest, fair, and ethical manner at all times.

Work conditions and physical capabilities
- The candidate must be available for varying shifts based on store needs.
- The candidate will be required to work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The candidate should be willing to work early mornings, late evenings, or overnights during peak periods, special events, or other business needs.
- The candidate should be able to move throughout the store, working in both front-of-house areas with bright lights and loud music and back-of-house areas with limited or no natural light.
- The candidate will be required to work as part of a team, independently, and at times using computers or other technical devices.
- The candidate may occasionally be required to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to access materials.
- For Experiential stores with food and beverage service only, the role may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat when preparing food or beverages.
