Job Description 

  • Candidates working at this post are appointed to ensure bid submission requirements in the bid opportunities website align with the bid request documents working at this post.
  • Candidates at this post are also appointed to coordinate bidding window information between Buyers, Contract Managers and Plan Takers working at this post.
  • They’re appointed at at this post to work with Accounts Payable to set up new vendors in SAP, obtaining required forms from vendors working at this post.
  •  Candidates for this post are appointed to administer the vendor name change process and maintain an updated log of vendor name change requests regularly.
  •  Candidates working at this post are appointed to provide administrative support to Realty Services, managing phone lines and service requests working at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are also required to provide back-up support to the CBS Administrative Coordinator working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Applicants for this post must have completed post-secondary education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
  •  Applicants for this post must have advanced MS Office Skills along with prior knowledge of SAP and Concur to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have dedicated planning, organizational, interpersonal, time management, verbal and written communication skills to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain dedicated general knowledge of public purchasing processes to be preferred for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants at this post are appointed to provide front line support for procurement inquiries by timely responding to clients on emails and over the phone working at this post.
