Job Description
- Paint Prepper prepares Tesla vehicles for the painting process in the Collision Repair Program.
- This is a full time position based in Port Coquitlam.
- The role supports collision repair and vehicle refinishing activities.
- You will work with the paint team to help keep repairs on track for delivery.
- The position is based in a modern repair environment focused on quality work.

Responsibilities
- Remove grease, dirt, paint and rust from vehicle surfaces before painting.
- Assist painters with pre paint blending tasks.
- Work with the paint team to keep vehicles ready for planned delivery times.
- Fill dents and scratches with fillers.
- Buff and wax completed paintwork.
- Disassemble, clean and reassemble spray equipment and power tools.
- Detail vehicles before customer delivery.
Requirements
- Work background in the vehicle paint process is required.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds.
- Can work in hot, cold, wet or humid conditions when required.
- Work background in paint correction or polishing is preferred.
- Must hold a Canadian Class 5 or G or G2 driver’s licence.
