Job Description

- They’re appointed to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Candidates must be familiar with the regulatory environment in their region and practice within it.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated optician license to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to work in a flexible working environment and must be able to work in flexible schedules.
- Candidates must be a good listener and attain strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be able to deal with customers and deliver the best possible services to them.
