- An Office Coordinator helps manage daily office activities and administrative processes.
- Full time permanent role based on-site in Cobble Hill, British Columbia.
- Regular day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
- The position supports multiple company divisions and project teams.
- Work takes place in a fast paced office environment with many small details to manage.
- Tasks may include document handling, task tracking, and general office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Review office documents and maintain organized records.
- Update employee task lists and assign new tasks when required.
- The team needs to work on urgent tasks while we keep track of our daily office work.
- The team needs to perform office tasks which include typing documents and organizing files and bringing files into the system and handling email correspondence.
- The staff members welcome visitors while they provide support to clients and suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support different company divisions with office coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized work areas and follow quality control procedures.
- Follow safe and ethical work practices within the office.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma.
- Additional training in office coordination or administration.
- The candidate has between five to ten years of office work experience.
- The candidate possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and Teams.
- The candidate’s work experience includes using both CRM systems and ERP software systems.
- The candidate demonstrates strong focus abilities which enable him to complete work following established procedures.
- The candidate can perform well in both spoken and written English communication.
- The candidate’s experience with residential construction projects provides valuable assistance.
- Experience with accounting or PDF software is helpful.
