Job Description

  • As a part-time Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant with TD’s National Mobile Mortgage Sales Channel, you will provide Credit Administration, Documentation Coordination, and Customer Service Support to facilitate timely processing of mortgages.
  • You will help contribute towards achieving Service Quality, Operational Excellence, and Meeting Our Overall Sales & Business Objectives.
  • The position is primarily Remote but offers a Flexible Schedule to work alongside your assigned Mobile Mortgage Specialists.
  • Minimum of 15 hours/week, increasing up to 37.5 hours/week based on Business Volume.
  • You will work in a Team Environment, with extensive Collaboration between the Internal Partnerships and Training & Development Support provided to you.

Responsibilities

  • Mortgage Application Processing, Credit Administration and Coordination of Documentation are some of the assistance we give to the Mobile Mortgage Professionals.
  • This company obtains all of the documentation required for a timely application process on behalf of Clients by sending out follow up correspondence.
  • As well as maintaining an Accurate/Compliant set of Documents and producing Claims in accordance with the Company Guidelines and Standards set by the Industry.
  • Should have to work peacefully and build strong relationships with everyone.
  • By promoting a culture of Teamwork in the Workplace and promoting TD’s Customer Service and Branding Standards, we contribute towards creating a Business; helping the Business be successful.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a position that is both administrative or client facing.
  • Experience with mortgage lending or credit lending.
  • Strong computer / Technology skills.
  • Must have high accuracy when executing tasks due to the fact that an error != completion.
  • Ability to create a positive experience for customers and effectively communicate with them (customer service, communication skills, and interpersonal skills).
  • Ability to be flexible with your availability as it relates to schedule including variable hours, i.e., evening and weekend shifts.
