Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to conduct hourly warehouse safety and security checks.
- They’re also required to walk the warehouse and perimeter. Corrects safety and security problems encountered, such as spills, trip hazards and blocked exits.
- Candidates are appointed to fill out the inspection forms show results to the duty manager and attend warehouse safety meetings.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to welcome members entering the warehouse. Approaches smiles and makes eye contact and greets.
- They’re also required to verify membership cards and offer carts when required.
- Clicks a handheld counter to count members entering the warehouse. Reports half-hourly count to Front End and records count on weekly reports.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to monitor warehouse access. Reports arrival of the armoured transport vehicle to duty manager.
- They’re also appointed to check backpacks, lunch pails, briefcases, strollers, etc., at exit. Plug in the electric scooters as they return.
- They’re appointed to check the accuracy and validity of a member’s receipts and compare them to merchandise.
- Candidates are also appointed to arrange speedy assistance for any member correction or concern. Marks receipt with highlighter, thanks, member.
- They’re also appointed to provide and arrange prompt and courteous member service.
- Candidates appointed at this post are appointed to direct members to product and service locations. Enlists assistance for loading, shopping, etc. Dries off wet carts.
Job requirement
- They must have a High School Diploma or GED to get preferred for this post.
- Candidates must attain a dedicated valid driver’s license and vehicles to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to communicate in French to be eligible for this post.
