Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to manage contracts for the supply of goods and services.
- The candidate must create and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programmes.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures such as machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- The candidate must plan and manage the facility’s operating budget.
- The candidate will be expected to plan, organise, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- The candidate will be required to prepare or supervise the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
