They have to operate/test company vehicles within the UPS facilities & on public roads. Job description
- Candidates have to repair & inspect and maintain UPS diesel, propane, CNG and gasoline vehicles in a timely and regular manner.
- They have to troubleshoot and maintain/repair various systems including hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electronics, and engines.
- Candidates have to perform other tasks as requested.
- They have possession of essential trade tools and equipment.
- They have possession of a clean driver’s abstract/record.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills.
- They must have strong troubleshooting skills.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment road test.
- Candidates have possession of a valid Red Seal 310S or 310T.
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- They must have the ability to work evening and/or night shifts.
- They must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
