Job description
- Responsibility includes sorting and preparing daily mail at the depot
- Load and operate a postal delivery vehicle
- Deliver letters and parcels on foot or by vehicle
- Follow assigned routes and ensure accurate delivery
- Return to the depot to unload incoming items
- Handle mail safely and efficiently throughout the day
Job requirements
- Ability to lift up to 22.7 kg and carry items regularly
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability for on-call work
- Applicant is able to read, write and speak English and/or French
- Background in customer service or delivery driving is helpful
