Job Description
- The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
- The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
- The candidate must organise and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
- The candidate must plan and estimate labour and material costs.
- The candidate will be expected to keep work records and logs.
- The candidate must create work schedules and procedures.
- The candidate must repair and maintain equipment.
- The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must solve work-related problems.
- The candidate must prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- The candidate must keep financial records.
- The candidate must hire and train employees.
- The candidate must consult with and advise clients.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
- The candidate will be expected to perform the same duties as the workers who will be supervised.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
