Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to deliver and enable complex reports and dashboards using Workday to support HR and business needs working at this post.
- Candidates are also accountable to be a report writer and perform scheduling work at this post.
- Applicants are also accountable for managing ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, including global legal, compliance, audit and regulatory reports working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to proactively identify opportunities for automated self-service solutions that support talent decisions working at this post.
- They’re also required to work with People Analytics teams and key stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements and manage the development and delivery of reporting products working at this post.
- They’re also accountable for developing and maintaining documentation for reports, dashboards, custom applications, and other data products and processes in the HR reporting domain working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent HR data analytics work experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 3+ years of relevant Workday reporting experience including building and delivering complex calculated fields, advanced, matrix and composite reports to get preferred for this post.
- Candidates must have prior Workday certification and must have familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory reports and global and local data collection processes to be eligible for this post.
- They must have prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and supporting Workday data integrations to be eligible for this post.
