Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to provide personal care.
- The candidate will be expected to plan therapeutic diets and menus.
- The candidate will be expected to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- The candidate must accept full responsibility for the household (in absence of householder).
- The candidate will be required to provide bedside and personal care.
- The candidate will be required to administer medications.
- The candidate will be required to assist in regular exercise, such as walking.
- The candidate will be expected to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be punctual.
- The candidate must able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Work Setting
- On a live-in basis, the candidate will be required to have Optional accommodation available at no cost.
Security and Safety
- The candidate should be subjected to a thorough Tuberculosis test.

- Work places are completely smoke free.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks on frequent basis.
- The candidate should be willing to work in sitting, standing and walking position for long hours.
- The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in bending, crouching and kneeling positions.
Work Location Information
- The candidates will be required to work in employer’s or client’s home.
- The selected candidate will be provided with room and board.
