Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for delivering social listening, reporting, and analytics to support the global social and content team.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting global and regional social media measurement by delivering clear, data-driven insights that inform strategy and execution.
  • The candidate will be responsible for partnering with internal and external agencies to produce monthly and quarterly global social performance reports, along with ongoing and ad hoc owned and earned social analytics.
  • The candidate will be responsible for serving as a power user of social analytics and listening platforms by managing tagging structures, supporting brief development, and maintaining daily culture and conversation tracking.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting regional teams in leveraging the social tool stack while translating insights into locally relevant actions and recommendations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting proactive and reactive social listening analyses to identify sentiment shifts, emerging themes, viral moments, and opportunities for timely content or engagement.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring cultural conversations and social trends across sports and culture, surfacing relevant insights to support influencer content planning, campaign development, and key brand moments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for tracking competitor activity, platform updates, and broader industry trends while compiling routine reports that highlight key learnings and implications for day-to-day decision making.
  • The candidate will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the global social team while ensuring consistent execution and high-quality insight delivery across all markets.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must possess 2–4 years of professional experience in social listening, social analytics, or digital marketing, with hands-on experience using social listening and reporting tools such as Emplifi, Plot, and Tubular.
  • The candidate must have proficiency in Boolean logic and query-based search building, along with the ability to synthesize owned and earned social data into clear, actionable insights.
  • The candidate must have experience creating executive-ready reports and visualizations in PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong understanding of social metrics and performance reporting.
  • The candidate must demonstrate proven ability to identify emerging trends, viral moments, and cultural conversations that present both risks and opportunities for the brand.
  • The candidate must have deep curiosity about online culture, trends, and community conversations, along with a passion for innovating how brands connect on social platforms.
  • The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and be strategic, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating change.
  • The candidate must be highly detail-oriented, consistent, and quality-focused, with strong self-awareness and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
