Job description
- Candidates must attain experience providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- They will cover an assigned area(s) on the sales floor.
- Candidates are responsible for zones assigned area.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the ability to move feature merchandise to its modular home.
- They have to work to recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
- They have to assist with Front End coverage.
- They should have communicated with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained.
Work setting
- They must have the ability to contribute to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
- They are capable of handling stocks merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable.
