Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • The candidate will be required to perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
  • The candidate will be required to place barricades and traffic cones along construction sites to demarcate specific areas.
  • The candidate will be expected to help the construction crew remove rubble, debris, and hazardous materials.
  • The candidate will be responsible for properly positioning warning and detour signs around construction sites.
  • The candidate will be expected to follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any violations to management immediately.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
  • The candidate must have First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.

  • The candidate should be willing to work in an outdoor environment for long hours.
  • The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
  • The candidate will be required to work in dusty, wet, hot and cold weather conditions.

Transportation/Travel Information

  • For transportation, the candidate should use their own vehicle.
  • The employer will provide vehicle to the selected candidates.
  • The candidate should have valid driver’s licence.
  • Public transportation is available for the candidate to use.
