Job description

  • The candidate will be required in cleaning of crops.
  • The candidate will be required in clipping of crops.
  • The candidate will be required in deleafing.
  • The candidate will be required in suckering of crops.
  • The candidate will be required in greenhouse cleaning.
  • The work location is a rural area.
  • Relocation costs of the candidate will not be covered by the employer.
  • The work site environment is very hot.
  • The candidate will be required to handle type of crops like cucumbers.
  • The candidate will be required to perform type of farm operations like vegetable farming(except potato).
  • The candidate will be required will also be required to perform melon farming.

Requirements

  • The candidate does not require any degree, certificate or diploma for the job.
  • Equivalent experience in the concerned field will be given preference.
  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate should be able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads.
  • The tasks will be physically demanding and hence the candidate should be comfortable with it.
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail.
  • The candidate should have very good hand and eye co-ordination.
  • The candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and hence should be comfortable with it.
  • The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing and walking which one should be comfortable with.

  • The work will involve a bending, crouching and kneeling which the candidate should be comfortable with.
  • The candidate should have their own transportation.
