Job Description
- As the Service Delivery Director and Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the D365 Finance & Operations practice, defining a well-aligned vision and strategy.
- You will oversee projects that support CGI Inc. Inc’s vision.
- You will assist project teams in resolving complicated issues and ensure that resulting solutions are in line with CGI Inc. standards and best practices.
- You will work with business development teams, recognize opportunities, prepare business proposals, and develop and expand ongoing client relationships.
- You will track market trends and technology, improve delivery, manage practice profitability, and plan for resources.
Responsibilities
- Management of Leadership and Practice
- Establish the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Dynamics F&O practice in accordance with CGI Inc.’s business goals.
- Attract, nurture, and guide talent in the practice, comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and solution architects.
- Service Provision and Interaction Administration.
- Be mindful of revenue generation and client relationship.
- Support project directors and team leaders making critical decisions.
- Ensure compliance with CGI Inc. methodologies and top industry standards.
- Sustain and enhance enduring client connections to establish yourself as a reliable ally in their digital transformation.
- Create service solutions and accelerators to boost CGI Inc.’s edge in the Dynamics sector.
- Oversee profitability strategies for the practice and enhance resource distribution.
Requirements
- Specialization in project management and delivery.
- Strict requirement that candidate is fluent in English and French.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
- Extensive experience in managing ERP implementations.
- Steadfast track record of managing end-to-end execution of a project.
- Skilled at Delivery Management, English, French, MS Dynamics ERP, MS Dynamics ERP, Project Management.
