Job Description
- The candidate must coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
- The candidate must direct staff.
- The candidate must motivate staff.
- The candidate must review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- The candidate must establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
- The candidate must oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
- The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
- The candidate must oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
- The candidate must oversee the development of communication strategies.
- The candidate must advise senior management on human resources matters.
- The candidate must respond to employee questions and complaints.
- The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
- The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
- The candidate must provide coaching to employees.
- The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
- The candidate must evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a related industry.
