Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • The candidate must respond to both written and oral inquiries.
  • The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate will be responsible for answering to inquiries and providing information to customers.
  • The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
  • The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.
  • The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
  • The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and keep inventory.
  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.
  • The candidate will have to receive payments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing a digital database.
  • The candidate will be responsible for answering client inquiries and providing information.
  • The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
