The Bruce Hotel is such a place. The Bruce Hotel, located in the centre of Stratford, is set on six and a half acres and offers unrivalled service. The hotel has 25 sumptuous rooms and suites, an attached private Cottage, a gym, an indoor pool, and two dining options, fully wheelchair accessible. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to full time or permanent employment. The shift schedules have yet to be determined.

  • The candidate will be required to prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
  • The candidate will be required to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
  • The candidate must ensure that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
  • The candidate would be responsible for assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner
  • The candidate will be required to assure that meals are fresh and hot at serving time.
